Atlanta restaurant broker We Sell Restaurants moves into their new offices at 101 Centennial Olympic Park Drive SW, Atlanta Georgia and hosts an open house and live radio remote. The new location is in the city of Atlanta immediately past Phillips Arena at the entrance to Castleberry Hill. Designed by Georgia architect Jefferson Browne of Jefferson Browne Design Group, LLC, this distinctive building is easily identifiable from its flatiron shape. Windows flank the walls and the intelligent architecture gives way to huge interior ceilings with minimal interruption of the visual flow.

The original building construction started in 2008. The unfinished project was acquired by We Sell Restaurants in March of this year. After an aggressive four-month effort to complete the venture, they were ready for customers on July 1. Eric Gagnon, President of We Sell Restaurants says, “Many of our restaurant clients and buyers are located in the downtown Atlanta area. We view this as a logical step to provide superior customer service for our Atlanta restaurant buyers and sellers.”

Located at the entrance to historic Castleberry Hill, the building is a central part of the gateway to the Castleberry Hill neighborhood. This vibrant and unique area has been a federally recognized historic district since 1985 and is Atlanta’s eighth Landmark District. It represents the most complete warehouse district still surviving in the City of Atlanta. The neighborhood is also significant for its cultural connection to Atlanta artists and is home to many galleries and a monthly event known as 2nd Friday Art Stroll. Popular events include the Loft Tour held in the fall and “FLUX” a one night event which brings multiple temporary art displays and performances to the area. We Sell Restaurants has agreed to host part of the FLUX event in the Castleberry Hill neighborhood.
