In celebration of the Memorial Day weekend, the Restaurant Brokers at We Sell Restaurants went on the air with an offer for our veterans. They will provide a $500 discount as a credit on the closing of any restaurant for sale. The offer is valid for any Military, Armed Forces, Air Force, Marines or Reserve Personnel.

This one time offer is valid for one week from the date of the show. Any restaurant under contract in the next week will be able to participate. Eric Gagnon, President of We Sell Restaurants said, “Our brave men and women of the military make the ultimate sacrifice and we are proud to be able to give even a portion back in honor of their efforts.”

The Memorial Day news didn’t stop with that announcement. The restaurant brokers are pleased to announce that Atlanta restaurant goers waiting for a new concept in the former Cafe Dupri space can look or the new concept. Buckhead Atlanta vacant restaurant space for rent is always at a premium and this was no exception. 3133 Piedmont Avenue in Buckhead will be a new concept known as Le Forchette. The old Café Dupri was the brainchild of Jermaine Dupri, best known for producing and writing chart-topping songs. It closed last year and the vacant restaurant space has been without a tenant in the trendy Buckhead area since that time.

The landlord has been working with the restaurant brokers at We Sell Restaurants to find a new concept for the Buckhead Atlanta vacant restaurant space for rent which will join other trendy and successful restaurants in the area. This once vacant Atlanta restaurant space will reopen in a matter of months.
