Your complete immersion in the food service industry along with restaurant brokerage specific training will establish the baseline for your success.   

Your training begins when you become a We Sell Restaurants franchisee.

Orientation Program

You receive support for your franchise within 2-3 weeks of the signing of your franchise agreement.  Your Orientation Program helps get you jump started as a successful We Sell Restaurants franchisee. During the initial Orientation, you will quantify your market opportunity as you begin transformation to an industry leader.  

Pre Work Training Program

You were selected as a We Sell Restaurants franchisee based on the talent and ability we observed during the selection process.  In order to transform those skills you will require hands on technology and pre work training.  You will be provided with computer based training and support.  Your instructor will be available for feedback during this pre-classroom time period.

Classroom Training Program

You will receive a structured, consistent program tailored to your educational needs with feedback and support from the We Sell Restaurants training team.  Every element of the restaurant brokerage practice will be honed in small class sessions focused on your needs.  At the conclusion of training, you will be tested for designation as a Certified Restaurant Broker©.

Field Training Program

Classroom training is just the beginning.  In follow up, you will have one-on-one coaching with a franchise consultant that has successfully sold hundreds of restaurants.  This training in your market will be consistent with your earlier learning and reinforce the key concepts for your ongoing success in practical application.
