Weinberg
- Bob is a
licensed broker in the state of Georgia. Bob
has held an active real estate broker's license since 1972.
Bob serves as President of Weinberg & Company, Inc. and
manages investment property for WIC, LLC. In addition to
his real estate experience, Bob also serves as President of W
& W Ventures, Inc., a new product development and marketing
company.
Bob was the
co-owner and operator of S&W Seafood Co. Inc. (established in
1934) from 1974 to 1989. He also developed several other
restaurants including Skipper Sam's, Mack Marvin's, S&W Jr.
and The Chesapeake House. Bob is a native Atlantan and
attended Emory University and the University of Georgia.

Fred
has been a licensed real estate agent
in the State of Georgia since the early 70's. Over the last 35 years
Fred has worked closely with his brother Bob in operating nearly a
dozen restaurants and other retail ventures including shops,
art galleries, frame shops and an antique mall. He has also
operated and managed Weinberg Investment Company, LLC, which owns
income properties. Fred attended the University of Georgia.

 Carolyn
Casper - Carolyn
is the newest member of the Florida
team and represents
buyers and sellers throughout Florida with an emphasis on the
Daytona/Volusia/Flagler areas. Carolyn has firsthand
restaurant experience that brings real knowledge to buyers and
sellers. She and her husband own the ever popular
Flagler Fish Company in Flagler Beach that features "Food
to Knock Your Flops OffTM." Prior to the launch of
their latest restaurant in 2005, Carolyn was the
owner/operator of the acclaimed New Yorker Marketplace &
Delicatessen in Buckhead (Atlanta, GA) and the New Yorker Deli
in Vinings. In addition to her restaurant experience,
she spent a number of years in the sports marketing field.
Carolyn
holds a Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation and Tourism
Management and a Minor in Marketing from Clemson
University. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in
Florida. Her extensive background includes front end and
back end restaurant operations experience. Combine this

Sparks - Nancy

expansion into the Florida market. Nancy is a 15-year veteran
of the real estate industry. She previously served as Vice
President of Sales and Marketing for a market leading company in
Atlanta with sales in excess of $200 million. Nancy currently
holds broker's licenses in both Georgia and Florida. Born in
Atlanta, Georgia, Nancy is an alumni of Georgia State
University. Since moving to Jacksonville in 2003, Nancy has
been a marketing consultant to various firms including Amelia
National Golf & Country Club, a Tom Fazio golf course community
in Amelia Island. Nancy and her husband make their home in St.
Augustine, Florida and frequently find themselves up the Northern
Florida and Georgia coasts. Her familiarity with these coastal

Robin
Gagnon has twenty
years of Marketing
experience. She most recently served as Vice President
of Marketing for Macy's South, a $4 billion dollar division of
Federated Corporation where she was in charge of Advertising,
Direct Mail and Credit Services. Robin also served as
Director of Advertising, Director of Merchandising and
Director of New Business Development for Meldisco Corporation,
a billion dollar footwear company. Robin holds an
undergraduate degree in Communications from Appalachian State
University. She also holds a Master's in Business
Administration from the Walker College of Business, ASU where
she graduated first in her class and was named
"Outstanding MBA." Robin has served for more
than a decade as a member of the ASU Business Advisory Council.
She is also a founding member of the ASU Entrepreneurship Board. Robin is a licensed real
estate salesperson in both Georgia and Florida. She is a
member of the Business Brokers of Florida.
