Hallie is the Content Strategist at Santy where she leverages consumer insights to better understand what specific audience wants to see and engage with relative to a brand. She’s an expert at email marketing, content strategy, social media, analytics, public relations and consumer engagement strategy.
With over six years of experience, spending time in-house at Philosophy and SkyMall, she now oversees all social media on behalf of Santy.
Santy is a marketing communications agency offering branding, broadcast commercials and production, digital, social media, mobile, media planning/buying and public relations. Santy specializes in marketing to Gen X and Millennials for multi-unit retail chains, consumer packaged goods and healthcare clients.

Hannah Carroll is the Social Media Manager at Green Olive Media. She is primarily responsible for planning and executing effective social media strategies and campaigns for more than fifteen clients as well as managing content and day-to-day engagement. Before joining Green Olive Media, Hannah developed and managed social media for chefs, restaurants and television shows involved with the hospitality industry. She also received her B.S. in Broadcast Journalism from Florida A&M University.

Kelley OBrien
Kelley O’Brien is the Director of Social, Interactive and Digital Marketing at Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. She joined Krispy Kreme® in 2011 and as a member of the Krispy Kreme Marketing Team, Kelley contributes to managing the e-club (Friends of Krispy Kreme), Krispy Kreme’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Tumblr, etc.), and KrispyKreme.com.
Kelley holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Lenoir-Rhyne University. During her time with Krispy Kreme, Kelley’s expertise in social media has helped make advancements in fan engagement, created a series of interactive live events, and grow participation in the e-club by migrating over existing fans on social spaces. Prior to joining Krispy Kreme, Kelley was an Interactive Specialist in High Point, NC.
