Amanda hails from Rhode Island, where she was previously Vice President of the award-winning JGP Restaurant Group. At JGP, Amanda was a key player in the extraordinary success of the restaurant company, developing marketing and tactical sales plans that integrated social media, digital marketing, print advertising and public relations. Amanda learned the restaurant industry from her father, a third generation chef/owner of the family’s restaurant. It was there that Amanda first learned and fell in love with the many roles of a restaurateur. She went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree of Science and Master’s in Business Management from Johnson & Wales University, specializing in Global Business Leadership, Organizational Development and Operations Management.
