Before launching his own company, LL Training and Consultant Group, LLC/LossBusters, Libby served as the Senior Director of U.S. Security and Safety for McDonalds Corporation with over 14,000 locations in the U.S. Libby entered the Quick Serve restaurant industry with Taco Bell and subsequently YUM Brands. Libby and his teams have saved millions of dollars for companies with the development and implementation of sound loss control and crime prevention principles. During his career in Loss Prevention, Libby was recognized for moving Loss Prevention programs from reactive responders to pro-active business partners. He has led teams that were highly recognized for the development and implementation of successful programs in cash and food cost controls, accident claims reductions and in life safety. Under Libbys leadership, McDonalds reduced cash losses at Corporate owned McDonalds by over $2.5 million dollars and reduced armed robberies by 35 percent Through his leadership and expertise his retail and restaurant clients have implemented sound loss control and crime prevention strategies that reduced theft and losses, increased profitability, and created a safer and more secure environment for customers and employees. Libby holds a B.A. in Criminology from Indiana University of PA and a CPP from ASIS International, the highest internationally recognized certification in the security industry. He is ServSafe certified for Kitchen Management. Libby has been a featured speaker at several national conferences, an international conference, and numerous community events.
