Brent Bueche is a graduate of LSU and has been a licensed architect for over 24 years. He is a nationally recognized authority on restaurant design, prototype design, and building program management. He has experience in all types of design; including schools, offices, corporate headquarters, military facilities, testing labs, warehouses, and assisted living facilities. He has served on several boards and commissions in service to the community. BBI Architects was founded in 2002 by Brent Bueche in Baton Rouge, LA. Steve MacNeil
Stephen McNeil is the co-owner of No Mas! Productions, visual artists and industrial designer. McNeil has a degree in Fine Arts from California State University of Long Beach. McNeil started at No Mas! Production in 1996 with partner Walk Bilinski. He has been involved in more than a hundred different restaurant decor concepts, and designed customer lighting, furniture, bar and accent pieces to support them.
