With a degree in Business and Economics and more than a decade of experience in Colorado real estate, Shani brings a strong foundation in transaction management, negotiation, and investment analysis. Throughout her real estate career, she successfully worked with buyers, sellers, and investors, guiding clients through complex transactions and significant financial decisions.

Building on this experience, Shani brought her passion for helping clients and her transactional expertise to restaurant brokerage. Having called Colorado home for more than 27 years, she has a deep appreciation for the state's vibrant small business community and the entrepreneurs who contribute to its success.
