April Greenwood is a Certified Restaurant Broker and Franchise Partner for We Sell Restaurants for the North Jacksonville territory including Atlantic Beach, Arlington, Downtown Jacksonville, Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, Yulee and Lake City.  She has nearly 20 years of experience in marketing and sales specializing in the hospitality industry.  April is licensed by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation Division of Real Estate. She is among the select group of restaurant broker experts nationwide with the industry training and designation of Certified Restaurant Broker®.

April’s love of food and the restaurant industry started at an early age where she spent more than a decade working in both independent and franchise concepts.  While in the process of considering opening her own franchise concept, April learned about the We Sell Restaurants brand and saw it as a unique opportunity to put her sales and marketing talents into action while bringing restaurant buyers and sellers together to achieve their goals and dreams.

April is originally from northern New Jersey and moved south to graduate from Virginia Wesleyan University where she received her degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.

She is a long-time resident of Atlantic Beach, FL. When she is not helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals, she enjoys cooking, exercising, and spending quality family time with her husband, children and two dogs.
