Both Debra and Samantha are licensed real estate salespeople in the state of Florida and hold the prestigious Certified Restaurant Broker® designation, a title awarded to only a select group of industry professionals nationwide.

Debra brings a wealth of expertise in finance, business, and franchising. She owned and operated 46 Sport Clips salons across four states, personally building 15 locations and acquiring 31 others through 17 strategic business deals. Her deep understanding of income valuation and asset purchase agreements gives her a unique edge in business brokerage. Prior to her work in franchising, Debra spent over a decade as a CPA with two of the country’s largest public accounting firms, advising high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses. She later transitioned into education, serving as lead editor and instructor for a CFP® certification textbook company, helping thousands of students nationwide achieve their professional goals.

Samantha’s journey into the restaurant industry began more than five years ago, working at a large entertainment venue with a full-service restaurant and bar. Her focus on guest experience laid the groundwork for her career in brokerage. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Accounting and a minor in Real Estate, where she was an active member of the UCF Real Estate Society and attended the UCF Real Estate Annual Conference to expand her knowledge and connect with other brokers.

Debra and Samantha work collaboratively to assist restaurant owners with exit strategies, business valuations, and navigating the sale process. They also help buyers navigate restaurant investment opportunities, offering invaluable insights into the restaurant market. Their commitment to excellence and detail ensures every client receives top-tier service from listing to closing.
