Elianis “Ely” Roches is a Florida-licensed real estate professional and Certified Restaurant Broker® with We Sell Restaurants Orlando, primarily serving the Kissimmee area and surrounding Central Florida communities.

Raised in Cuba, Ely earned her degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Havana and became a licensed accountant in Cuba before continuing her professional career in the United States. Her background in accounting gives her a strong understanding of the financial side of business ownership and allows her to look beyond the surface when helping clients evaluate restaurant opportunities, understand financial performance, and navigate the sale or purchase of a business.

Fluent in both English and Spanish and conversational in French, Ely enjoys connecting with people from different cultures and backgrounds. Her experience in real estate, leasing, sales, and customer service has helped her develop a client-first approach built on communication, patience, attention to detail, and understanding what each person is truly trying to accomplish.

Ely joined We Sell Restaurants Orlando in 2026 and is especially focused on serving the growing and diverse Kissimmee market.
