Chef Gordon, Certified Restaurant Broker® for We Sell Restaurants in Tampa and Sarasota, has a culinary career that is a blend of prestigious experiences and entrepreneurial ventures, showcasing his passion for cooking and gastronomy. Starting at the Florida Culinary Institute, he honed his skills at the Ritz Carlton in Palm Beach, developing expertise in crafting exquisite dishes. His next role was at Craig’s - An American Bistro in West Palm Beach, where he became Sous Chef and contributed to its culinary status. He has served in private estate service as a Private Chef and Estate Manager in multiple states, combining culinary creativity with effective team management, overseeing dining experiences and managing wine cellars.
His entrepreneurial spirit surfaced with the founding of a concierge culinary service company. For nearly a decade, this venture offered a range of services, including intimate beachside dinners, gourmet meal deliveries, and provisioning for private jets and yachts, gaining recognition through word-of-mouth and a website.
He also served as the Food and Beverage Manager for the US Department of the Treasury where he managed private dining for Presidents, Senators, and other officials, and oversaw culinary operations for departmental events.
His most impactful role came at the Veterans Administration, where he launched "The American Heroes’ Café" at the James A Haley VA Hospital in Tampa. This initiative focused on providing quality seasonal dining for veterans with spinal cord and brain injuries, reflecting Lippe's dedication to giving back and making a meaningful impact in the lives of veterans.
In his latest venture, Chef Gordon is assisting others who are seeking their own culinary adventure. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Florida and has undergone certification and testing to become one of the few Certified Restaurant Brokers nationwide.
