Jim Broscious is the multi-unit Franchise Partner for the Pensacola, FL and Mobile, AL markets. With more than 45 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Jim possesses extensive understanding of restaurant operations, costs, development, and more.
Jim’s restaurant experience began at Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola, where he worked and attended college. Stepping into restaurant management and leadership, Jim spent 20 years with the local steakhouse, Quincy’s Family Steakhouse, fulfilling the roles of Assistant Manager, General Manager, District Leader, and Regional Leader throughout his tenure. Jim also served as the Vice President of Operations for four years, overseeing 20 regional leaders and 260 locations across the southeast.
Following his career with Quincy’s Family Steakhouse, Jim & his wife, Cheryl, entered the franchise space as Firehouse Subs franchisees. Together they opened three restaurants in the Gulf Breeze and Navarre area. They later succeeded as Firehouse Subs Area Developers as well, recruiting 13 new franchisees and opening 33 restaurant locations over the course of 19 years. A testament to his knowledge and experience, Jim has been recognized by Firehouse Subs as “Area Representative of the Year” and is the only area developer in the brand’s history to receive the acknowledgement twice. The award was given for a total of 14 years. Jim sold his development area in 2020, closing out a 22-year career with the brand.
Jim first encountered We Sell Restaurants while attending a Firehouse Area Representative meeting in Charleston, SC, where he began a relationship with Robin and Eric Gagnon, co-founders of We Sell Restaurants. Today, Jim is a licensed real estate salesperson in Florida and has completed training and testing developed by We Sell Restaurants to earn the distinction of Certified Restaurant Broker®.
