With more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, David has the expertise and knowledge to successfully represent your interests in virtually any restaurant purchase or disposition transaction. He is a Certified Restaurant Broker® and Franchise Owner of We Sell Restaurants Las Vegas.
Prior to his experience with We Sell Restaurants, David formed Talon Commercial Real Estate and co-founded Transwestern Investment Realty as well as owned and operated a successful Sperry Van Ness commercial real estate franchise. His companies acquired more than $400 million in commercial investment properties and land across the country as a principal and brokered more than $1 billion of commercial real estate transactions. The property management division was responsible for more than 2 million square feet of commercial properties. David managed more than 60 employees, including acquisition directors, seasoned brokers, property managers, in-house legal counsel, accounting, and administrative professionals. David’s additional prior experience includes commercial real estate brokerage as an independent contractor with Berkshire Hathaway and other national & independent firms as well as working in the title insurance business, institutional banking, and real estate development.
David is a native Las Vegan and 4th generation Nevadan. He graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. David is a member of the Nevada Restaurant Association (NvRA).
