Michael Kelly is the multi-unit Franchise Partner for Long Island New York which includes both Nassau and Suffolk Counties. With 20 years of business experience, Michael brings a vast amount of knowledge to his restaurant brokerage practice. Michael has owned both “fast causal” and “casual dining” restaurants giving him unmatched experience and knowledge in both operations and management.
Michael is also an experienced Franchise Consultant giving him unique insight into the “ins and outs” of the franchise world. Michael has his bachelor’s degree in Economics with a concentration in Finance. He also holds a New York state Real Estate Salesperson license. In addition, he has undergone testing and training to achieve the status of Certified Restaurant Broker, one of only a few nationwide.
As a Long Island resident for the past 25 years, Michael has dined at many amazing restaurants. When the opportunity came about to join We Sell Restaurants, Michael jumped at the chance. The ability to partner with current and future restaurateurs to help them reach their goals of ownership fueled his desire to be a Restaurant Broker.
When Michael is not working with buyers and sellers, he is spending time with his family. Passionate about sports, Michael coaches and trains his children’s soccer and basketball teams. When time permits, Michael hits the links for Long Island’s notorious 5-hour round of golf.
