Sally worked in her family restaurant as a teen and spent a decade as the owner and operator of her own successful restaurant in Asheville, North Carolina . Sally spent seven years with Panera Bread as a Catering Sales Manager. She also served seven years at Firehouse Subs as a top producing Catering Sales Manager in the country. Her efforts grew the sales and performance of more than a dozen restaurants in the Charlotte market alone. Sally loves helping customers achieve their goals and communicates her passion for the restaurant industry. She has tested and trained as a Certified Restaurant Broker, one of a handful nationwide meeting the criteria for excellence, knowledge and education.
