Stan Blair is the We Sell Restaurants franchisee overseeing the Fort Worth, Texas market.
Stan has over 20 years’ experience operating high volume grocery stores. During that time, he has been responsible for all aspects of the retail store operations, including the food preparation departments delicatessen, bakery, coffee shop and more. As a store manager responsible for stores with over $48 million in annual revenue, he has earned several awards from Best Employee Satisfaction Scores to Most Improved Operations.
Growing up in Alaska and attending college in Fairbanks, Stan garnered the invaluable skills to marry persistence with planning to achieve goals. He brings this strong work ethic and business experience to the We Sell Restaurants brand as a franchisee.
Stan found We Sell Restaurants while searching for a business acquisition of his own. His business experience as both a buyer and seller bring valuable perspective to his practice, as he understands the needs of the seller in addition to knowing what a buyer wants in the pursuit of their dream to own a restaurant. He is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Texas and has completed the necessary training and testing to achieve the title of Certified Restaurant Broker®, one of only a handful nationwide.
Outside of his practice, Stan enjoys fishing, golf or just about anything else that gets him out of doors.
