Michael's experience in the restaurant industry includes over a decade working in every position from coat check to management. Michael took a break from the restaurant industry to start a new adventure in franchising, becoming the youngest franchisee for Jiffy Lube and ultimately, a multi-unit owner of the brand.
Abby’s background includes retail management where her focus on customer service, collecting customer feedback and implementing procedures at store level led to an unmatched client experience. She has a bachelor’s degree from Azusa Pacific University.
Enthusiasts for Chicago cuisine, Michael and Abby opened a Chicago-inspired restaurant called “Surfdogs” in the sunny state of Florida. After selling the restaurant, they returned to the oil business with the acquisition of five Grease Monkey locations which they also sold.
The couple found We Sell Restaurants in the process of looking for a new restaurant to buy and knew the opportunity was a perfect fit. Thanks to their previous business experience, Michael and Abby understand both the buyer and seller’s unique perspective in the transaction.
