Michael’s deep roots in the restaurant industry span over a decade, covering roles from coat check to management. His career later pivoted to franchising, where he became the youngest Jiffy Lube franchisee, eventually owning multiple locations of the brand. This hands-on experience with franchise ownership shaped his understanding of business operations and success.

Abby brings a strong background in retail management with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, gathering client feedback, and implementing operational procedures to enhance the customer experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Azusa Pacific University, further strengthening her skills in leadership and organization.

Their passion for Chicago cuisine inspired them to open "Surfdogs," a Chicago-inspired restaurant in sunny Florida. After successfully selling the restaurant, the couple returned to the franchise world, acquiring and managing five Grease Monkey locations, which they also sold after building them into thriving businesses.

The Spizzirris discovered We Sell Restaurants during their search for a new restaurant to purchase. Immediately recognizing the opportunity as an ideal match for their background, they joined the franchise to help others achieve their goals of restaurant ownership. With their extensive knowledge of restaurant sales, business operations, and customer relations, Michael and Abby understand the unique perspectives of both buyers and sellers.
