With top-flight experience crafted over decades of selling restaurants, along with previous expertise working in small businesses and in senior leadership roles for a Big 5 Accounting firm and a major Fortune 100 company, We Sell Restaurants leadership has deep financial, branding and marketing experience in restaurants, and small and big business. This collective experience allowed them to take the fragmented brokerage market and build a specialized practice for selling only restaurants with a systemic approach never before seen in the industry.

Zoltan Lukacs, Restaurant Brokerage Intern

Zoltan is a restaurant brokerage intern and licensed Florida Real Estate Agent. He studied at Les Roches Marbella Global Hospitality School in Spain and is passionate about the hospitality industry.

Eric Gagnon, Co-Founder & President

ERIC GAGNON CBI, CFE Co-Founder and President of the nation’s largest restaurant brokerage firm and the only franchise specializing in restaurant sales. He has been named a Fellow of the IBBA.

Robin Gagnon, Co-Founder & CEO

ROBIN GAGNON, MBA, CBI, CFE, is the CEO and Co-Founder of the nation's largest restaurant brokerage. Noted author and speaker, she was named by Entrepreneur as a Top Influential Woman in Franchising.

Rob Morrison, Franchise Integration Officer

Rob Morrison leads franchise to success providing guidance and mentorship for our franchisees. A veteran Restaurant Broker with countless transactions, he brings knowledge and experience to his role.

Brent Greenwood, Director of Franchise Development

Brent Greenwood works with all new franchise candidates for the We Sell Restaurants brand. In addition, Brent leads outreach to franchise brands as we help restaurants increase net restaurant growth.

Tabby Hemphill, Franchise Business Consultant

Tabby Hemphill leads the listing department and also supports and trains new franchisees across multiple functions. She is also licensed as a real estate broker in six states: NC, TN, AZ, NB, MO, VA..

Angela Amell, Operations Manager

Angela Amell coordinates the many functions of We Sell Restaurants including reporting, on-boarding of franchisees, listing analysis, operations and vendors for new integrations into the brand.

Maria Puccio-Ball, Marketing & Social Media Specialist

Maria Puccio-Ball leads marketing initiatives for the We Sell Restaurants team and supports our franchisees with updated marketing and messaging. She also tracks key statistics for the brand.
