Ken Eisenband is the Franchise Partner in Palm Beach and Broward Counties, Florida

Ken received his Florida real estate license in 2011 and has received instruction and testing leading to his designation as a Certified Restaurant Broker. Ken has also been designated as a “Certified Business Intermediary” by the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA.) It is awarded to intermediaries who have proven professional excellence through verified education as well as exemplary commitment to our industry. Ken has completed training leading to his designation as a Certified Negotiation Expert. Ken has facilitated more than 300 restaurant transactions in the last twelve years.

Ken is a member of the Business Brokers of Florida Association. In 2022, 2023, and 2024 Ken was recognized for facilitating the most transactions in South Florida. Ken has been recognized yearly since 2015 as one of the top 50 dealmakers in Florida by the BBF. Ken was also named Co-Broker of the year for the Southern District of the BBF in 2018. He was named to the group's Multi-Million Dollar Club for every year since 2013. Ken has been named a SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT by both the BBF and the IBBA.

 Ken graduated with Honors from The School of Hospitality at Michigan State University in 1983. Ken has more than thirty years of experience in the restaurant industry. Ken had owned and operated restaurants in South Florida for 15 years.
