Mel Ferioli is the franchisee for markets in Clermont and Orlando, Florida. She has lived in Central Florida for over 30 years, where she has maintained a careers in sales, marketing, and sales management.
No stranger to the restaurant world, Mel spent time working in restaurants, including her father and grandfather’s restaurant. Later in life, she and her husband owned and operated their own franchise drink business, Margarita Man, for 12 years, building the concept throughout central Florida before selling.
Mel is a born leader with the entrepreneurial spirit critical to successful business transactions. She has a proven record of success as a multi-million-dollar producer. Mel operates by the mantra, “if you are going to do it—do it right.”
She received the designation of Certified Public Manager through Florida State University and is bilingual (Spanish, speaking only). She is committed to supporting charitable organizations and has been involved with charities such as Children’s Home Society and United Way. Mel is also a member of South Lake Elks Lodge, a fraternal charitable foundation with lodges across the country.
In her free time, Mel enjoys spending time with her four children and three grandchildren, along with traveling, boating, and deep-sea fishing.
Mel Ferioli has completed the necessary training and examinations to earn the title of Certified Restaurant Broker®. She is one of only a handful of restaurant broker experts nationwide who have received this industry-specific designation from We Sell Restaurants.
