Bob Steinberger brings over 40 years of hands-on experience in the restaurant industry and more than 16 years as a Colorado Certified Restaurant Broker®. As a seasoned expert, he has successfully guided buyers and sellers through more than 120 transactions with We Sell Restaurants.

Before transitioning into brokerage, Bob owned and operated 14 full-service franchise restaurants across Denver and Colorado. His deep understanding of the Front Range market stems from decades of personal experience buying, selling, and developing restaurant properties throughout the region.

Bob's expertise spans deal structuring, site selection, lease negotiation, financing, and day-to-day operations. He has provided consulting services on restaurant deals and operational strategies both in Colorado and across several other states.

A graduate of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, Bob has held ownership and operational roles in restaurant companies based in Indiana, Tennessee, South Florida, and Colorado. His extensive background includes involvement in more than 80 new restaurant openings, giving him a unique perspective on the challenges faced by restaurant operators, franchisees, and investors alike.

Outside of work, Bob is an avid skier and fly-fisherman who enjoys the full range of outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer.
